Kassandra Perez '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Kassandra Perez , I'm from Stockton California and I am a 2024 graduate. I began playing soccer in 2012 and started playing competitively in 2015. My competitive team is Stockton Storm FC 05G and it is where I play forward and center attacking mid. I attend Franklin High School and maintain a GPA of 3.7, and I am also currently playing my third year on varsity as a center attacking mid. A major I'm looking forward to studying is Sports Business. Playing at the college level and playing professionally has always been a lifelong goal for me. Soccer is just something I love and I'm very passionate about. I love the sport because of how competitive it is and how I can test my competitiveness against others. I don't only love soccer because of how competitive it is, but because when I have the ball at my feet, I feel so relaxed and at ease. I feel like I have this freedom and I’m just naturally in my zone. Which makes me happy and makes the sport fun for me. I believe I'm a good candidate for most programs because of my diligence on and off the field and my passion for the sport itself. I believe that no matter what obstacle I face , I’m still able to push through with my tenacity and work ethic. Rather than being the player that doesn’t speak up much or tries to steal the spotlight for themselves, I try to be a leader and team player by helping others out and by giving them opportunities to also do what they please on the field. I always try to be motivational for my teammates, whether it be with motivating them during games, to push through during drills at practice, or even just motivating them and others outside of soccer.
