Tell coaches about your collegiate goals and aspirations.
I would like to obtain a bachelors degree in Amusement Engineering. I have developed a love of riding roller coasters and because of that love I would like to design the rides that I want to ride. I am also fascinated by the engineering of designing of the aesthetics in the parks from the layout to traffic flow and the smells.
What makes you a good candidate for their team?
I am a motivated, skillful player that is willing to put in the time at practice and outside of it to elevate my playing. I listen to the feedback from coaches and teammates and work to implement them every day. I enjoy being part of a team and enjoy encouraging my teammates through positive feedback. I often take on a leadership role in starting and leading warmups each day at practice.
What makes you different from other recruits in character, athletics and academics?
I am a driven person and believe academics are as important as the athletics. I strive to be at the top of my class and on the field. I am a persistent person and will diligently work each day. After each game, I enjoy watching videos and thinking about not only what I did well, but what could I improve. I have had conversations with my coaches about my observations and how to improve my game.
