Kylee Farrer '24 Recruiting Profile

From the age of 3 I have loved watching, playing, and talking about soccer. I am determined to make my dreams of playing soccer in college a reality, and this is much attainable by showing it on the field, in the classroom, and as well as in my community. Ever since I was a kid my parents instilled in me that excelling in school and academics is just as, if not more important than the way I view my involvement in soccer. Many of my teammates joke about me driving an hour each way to practice calling me crazy, and I much as I agree with them, I also believe this has helped me grow as a player and a person. It has allowed me to prove my determination to the sport, and teach me how to manage my time, because we all know homework at midnight isn't fun. However at the end of the day, I choose this sport to win with not just a team, but a family.
