Claudia Papenfuss '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I’m Claudia. I live in Naples, Florida and I have been playing soccer for over nine years. I began playing competitively when I was nine years old for a club named, Florida Fire Jrs. I joined Florida West FC three years ago and played in the highest league offered, ECNL-R. In 2020, my ECNL-R team became first in our league, and got the opportunity to play in the ECNL-R nationals in CO. I was invited to play on Florida West FC ECNL team, as 2022 was the first year ECNL was offered. I always try to leave my all on the field, as well as to be a leader on and off the field. I drive and push myself to extremely high standards. I always try to encourage and uplift my teammates. I excel in school, with an average 3.8 GPA, attending an academic college-prep school, where I also play soccer for the varsity team. I train 5-6 days a week: team training, private training, strength, and conditioning training. Soccer is more than my passion, and I hope I can continue playing soccer at a high level for many years to come! My goal is to play soccer at the collegiate level.
