Leslie Nunez '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Leslie Nuñez.  I’ve played soccer since I was 3 years old switching  from different positions. I played for Fire and Ice Soccer academy for the year of 2019 and moved to Alton Fighting Irish  Soccer Academy 2020-2021. Being apart of the fighting Irish soccer team has made me grow as a person and as a player. I am learning the value of sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork. I stay Motivated for not only myself but for my team. I appreciate my parents and coaching staff for supporting me and building me to be the women I am today. Playing soccer has given me so much encouragement and motivation to do good not only on the field but with other priorities. Going to school, then soccer, and then work is my everyday life.  Soccer has motivated me to keep my priorities straight. Soccer has made me the women I am today At school , in work and in my everyday life. I want to grow and be a better soccer player on and off the field.
