2014 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I am a center back soccer player from Cary, IL and I will be graduating with the 2015 class. I have played on the varsity team at Cary Grove High School since my sophomore year. I have started in all my games for my travel team, the Cary Defenders, and I am the team captain. Having been involved with travel soccer for the past 7 years, I am excited at the opportunity of pursuing it in college. In addition to soccer, I have also played basketball for 7 years and currently I am on the varsity team for my school.
I am open to a variety of schools and not limited to any particular location. Financial assistance is very important to me in the college selection process due to my families need of it. I am interested in studying criminal justice and helping others in my lifetime. I really would like to play soccer in college but I would also want to go to a college where I can balance academics and field both out evenly.
