Personal Statement
At the age of 4, I started playing recreational league soccer. Although I am very athletic and have played other sports in the past such as basketball, softball, and track, I believe that soccer is my passion. I started playing club soccer at the age of 8 and, with the help of outstanding coaches and teammates, have improved my all-around abilities on and off the field. During my time at the club Indiana Fire Juniors South, I have trained under multiple, experienced goalkeeper coaches who have pushed me to do my best and helped me improve to where I am today. I aspire to be the best person and the best athlete I can be in order to achieve my dream of playing soccer at the college level and potentially beyond. I always give 100% on the field, whether at a game or a practice. I always push myself in the classroom and on the field, which is why I have maintained a weighted 4.13 GPA throughout my first three years of high school. I have a lot of potential and incredible work ethic, which is what has always me apart from other people.
