Katherine Nussle '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Katie Nussle. My aspiration is to study Pre-Veterinary Medicine with the intention of attending a Veterinary Medicine School after graduation. While studying for my undergraduate degree, I hope to play soccer at the college level. I currently attend Tri-State Christian Academy in Elkton, Maryland as a high school student.

I would make a great candidate for a college team because I know how to work well with others in tough situations and help everyone do the best they can in a period of time. I have played soccer since I was eight years old and have focused on the Goalkeeper position. When I was placed in the goalkeeper position during my first season of soccer, I fell in love with it instantly. I have been on seven different teams, each team making me better as I bring what each team and coach has taught me along the way. I am currently the goalkeeper for my Spring, Fall, and Winter Rec league team, as well as the starting Varsity goalkeeper for my High School team. This is something I was incredibly proud to accomplish as a Freshman.

My academic accomplishments include my Honors courses, which are Honors Geometry, Physical Science, English 9, and World History. I am a member of the Junior National Honors Society. I am a great student and I strive to be better and help others be better. I have a 4.3 weighted GPA and strive to maintain a high academic average. I help others who struggle with understanding their assignments, yet I will not hesitate to ask for help if I do not understand something. As a freshman, I have been striving to prove myself as a Goalkeeper and a student.
