2022 Highlights Personal Statement
Hi Coaches, my name is Anastasiia Cannata and I am from Ukraine. I was born in Ukraine and moved to the United States when I was 7 years old. I started playing soccer when I was in 5th grade, I was inspired by my uncle who used to play for a Ukrainian club team. I started playing for my town and I fell in love with the sport. Ever since then I have been driven to get practice and get better. I’ve played every position ranging from goalie to forward. I currently play on my high school and town travel team. I have played club before as well as a boys winter league in Ukraine. I am ready to work with anything thrown at me, I love learning from my mistakes, as well as learning skills from my peers around me.
