My collegiate goals include attending a rigorous academic institution with an opportunity to walk on to a competitive soccer team, become a major contributor and earn a scholarship (as I am "a late bloomer"). I thrive with coaches who push me to be my best, and to be the best team player I can be, while playing the game the right way. I am not into politics, just playing hard as a team- no matter what the challenge. Over the years, I have constantly had to overcome the stigma of being smaller or younger, so leading by example, with hard work, a positive attitude and 100% commitment to my team drives me. I have been blessed to compete in multiple international competitions, twice going deep into the playoffs in Gothia Cup in Sweden (once as team captain and once playing 3 years up when I was younger. I am not one to hype or promote myself, so please see the letter below from my High School Varsity Soccer Coach, Richard Cross, who is also Dean of Discipline at Everest Academy in Clarkston, Michigan.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter on behalf of Chloe Antakli. It has been my pleasure to have known Chloe for the past 3 years. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work with her as her varsity soccer coach.
As a student-athlete of Sacred Heart, Chloe demonstrates her commitment to academics and athletic excellence. She displays the discipline it takes to be an extraordinary young woman. During the 3 years that I have known and worked with Chloe, she has established herself as a leader and her motto has been “Always Higher”. Chloe enthusiastically balances athletics with a challenging academic schedule. As a student-athlete, Chloe displays the dedication it takes to play competitive sports at the varsity level while maintaining her academics. I have had the pleasure of watching Chloe grow into the woman she has become.
Chloe is one of the hardest working student-athletes that I have worked with in a long time. She never takes a day off, leads by example, and is relentless as a player. As a freshman, I didn’t know what to expect from her but quickly learned her outstanding work ethic and determination to be a winner. Over the course of her three seasons, she received numerous awards for her soccer accomplishments. She received All Catholic, All District, All Region, and All State 3rd team. Her resume of awards shows the quality of an athlete that she is. As a coach, you know a true athlete when character trumps winning and over the years we have had some tough loses and the way Chloe bounces back and leads by example is the sign of a true leader. She is well respected by her peers and what I admire most about Chloe is her commitment to become the best version of herself. She is a young woman of virtue and it is evident in the way she lives her life.
In conclusion, Chloe is a young woman of admirable spirit and value. Her personality is contagious and you will never see her without a smile. Chloe will always greet you and have a conversation about anything. She is engaging, witty, and just a joy to be around. It is very evident that she has her value system in place. Her faith and family mean everything to her and she is not afraid to be a witness to others. I highly recommend her as an ideal candidate for the Michigan High School Athlete of the year. Sincerely,
Richard W Cross
