“I create opportunities for my team.”
As a student athlete in college, my goals will be to work hard both academically and athletically, gaining a great education while being able to enjoy the experience of being part of a team. My primary focus right now in high school is to maintain high grades and test scores, while at the same time improving my athletic and leadership abilities that will allow me to be accepted into a top college program.
As a person, I work hard to maintain high integrity, honesty, loyalty, and focus on always doing what’s right as it’s important to set a good example both on and off the field. I feel I’m a good listener, which allows me to better understand and learn from my parents, teachers, and coaches.
I play center midfield for my team, and have the responsibility of being a leader and ensuring that we all play together as a unit. I’m lucky to have great teammates who also want to work hard while still having fun, whether practicing or playing games. I believe I have strong technical skills combined with exceptional field vision and decision making. These abilities have allowed me to help my team control possession, leading to scoring opportunities, either through assists or taking the right shot.
