I will graduate from Marian High School in 2025 and I hope to continue playing soccer in college. I currently play club soccer in the fall with Gretna Elite Academy ECNL-RL Heartland League and I have played for my Marian High School Varsity soccer team my Freshman and Sophomore years. I expect to play again for Marian Varsity Soccer this Spring as a Junior. I am a versatile player. I played defense on my first club team. I moved clubs for a more competitive environment. My next team was the Girls Elite Academy ECNL. On this team I was a midfielder and forward. However, I became a successful goalie for this team after our goalie was injured. EGA ended up merging with my current club and we became Gretna Elite Academy. I have played for this team ever since.
I am a team player. I was team captain my 2022-23 season. I have worked hard and am now a starter and play the majority of each game. I enjoy soccer for physical and mental challenge and for the friendships it provides. I always work hard to improve and try to go above and beyond what is expected. I respect my coaches and it is my goal to be a coach-able player.
I am looking for a small to medium sized college where I can study pre-law or pre- veterinary medicine. I would like to go to school in a medium to large town or at least be able to drive to a larger town.
Thank you for your consideration.
