Highlights - Ava ...Personal Statement
My father, also a soccer player, introduced me to the sport at the age of 4. During my youth, I also enjoyed other organized sports such as basketball and softball. Overtime, soccer became my favorite sport to both play and watch. My love for this sport made it easy to step away from my other hobbies in order to focus on this beautiful game. Now as a young adult, soccer has infused itself into my weekly routine. Although it has become routine, I can truthfully say that I look forward to every training session, every game, and every off field moment with my teammates. I enjoy the team experience and will play any position and style that best suits the team’s needs in order to win. My hope is to continue improving my knowledge of the game, strengthening my skills, and enjoying another team experience at the college level.
