- These sessions would happen twice or more a week consistently. In these sessions, I either get 1 on 1 time with the trainer or in a high-intensity group of other players, mainly boys older than me. Each session had a fitness aspect, technical drills, and a scrimmage. With this trainer, I and a small team competed in 5v5 and 3v3 tournaments.
