My name is Grace Crowley and I am a senior at Toms River High School East. I am enrolled in the academic honors program and achieved high honor roll for the 2024/2025 school year. I am a member of the National Honor Society, the Peer Leadership Group, and currently serve as the head editor for TRE Today for High School East. I am currently playing for FC Monmouth in the Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL), and I compete for the 2006 PDA Shore Riptide (ECNL RL). I have been with the Players Development Academy (PDA) since 2016, and since that time I have played outside back for most of my minutes. I have also played multiple positions in the past which include center back, defending midfield, forward, and attacking midfield. I played center back and was named captain for the 2024 high school soccer season. I received 1st Team All Shore, 1st Team All County, 1st Team All Division honors and I was selected to the Ocean County All Star Team. I was also named team MVP for the 2024 season. In addition to soccer, I played varsity basketball and was named captain for the 2024/2025 season. I was named Player of The Year for Class A South, selected to the All Ocean County team, and awarded Team MVP for the 2025 season. I am currently participating in the 2025 lacrosse season and was named as one of the team captains. I was also a recipient of the 2024/2025 Shore Conference Jack Levy Sportsmanship Award for High School East.
My goal is to continue to develop my leadership skills as a three sport captain and member of the peer leadership group for my high school. I am highly motivated to continue working hard both on and off the field while maintaining my academic standing in the top 10% of my senior class. I will be pursuing a degree in Health Sciences and continuing my soccer career at Siena College next fall.
