I started varsity soccer in 7th grade at the age of 12, as the youngest on the team all of my teammates were much older than me, and had a huge impact on my experience playing soccer at the varsity level at such a young age. I was able to adapt quickly, and build relationships with the older girls because we all had something in common, the love for our sport. I was shy at first but things got better once I got out onto the field. Although, I love soccer, ever since I was little I have dreamt about getting into medicine. A couple years ago I discovered that I was very interested in anesthesiology, and have been very invested in it ever since. I hope to find a college that is the right fit for me, where I can play soccer, and be able to study pre-med.
