A competitor on the field and off, I currently play for the East Meadow Soccer Club’s 07 ECNL team. I attend one of the nation’s top academic high schools, The Brearley School. This year, I helped Brearley make it to the semifinals of the NYSAIS championships after an undefeated season. I also participate in both Indoor and Outdoor track, specializing in sprints.
Understanding my decision to switch clubs in 2022, to one much farther away from my home, illuminates my mentality. Playing club soccer at any level is a time-consuming endeavor, and if I’m going to dedicate the time, I want the experience to be worth it, for me and for my family. That means I want to learn and grow as I play, I want to work with girls who want the same for themselves and with a coach who understands and delivers on this expectation and responsibility. I’m still figuring out who I am and what I want to study in college, but no matter what and where I study, I will always work my hardest to fulfill my potential.
