My name is Shea, and I have been playing soccer for most of my life. I have always had such a deep love and connection for the sport of soccer. Whether its playing for my high school or for travel season, my passion and focus in the sport was able to make me captain of my travel team for 5 years and a junior captain in my junior year of my high school season. I always bring positive energy to the team even when we are down. I care so much for the teams I play for because I was selected as captain which made me realize how much more I have to bring to every single game and practice. Therefore I have always tried my best in academics which leads me to my 3.5 GPA. If I do not do my work in school I could potentially be letting my team and myself down. This past travel season we won a lot of the tournaments we attended, including our most important goal, The NYS State Cup Tournament. Which winning that gave us a shot at regionals in Virginia. Although, we didn't get the outcome we wanted but no matter what I never gave up. I have always dreamed of playing soccer at the collegiate level ever since I was a little girl. So, I am very curious to see where the next level will take me for the future.
