Alexandra Bastedo '22 Recruiting Profile

From a young age, I was always the fastest and smartest on the field and in the classroom. Through my years participating in club, varsity soccer, as well as trying out different sports, I have learned to work well with team mates and push them to their full potential. Playing with a variety of coaches, I have also learned to quickly adapt and become a leader for those who have trouble. I strived to make varsity my freshman year and when I did not, it made me work that much harder till I led my team to be league champions and to make varsity the next year. I never stop working despite obstacles, on and off the field.  My coaches, teammates, and soccer in general has taught me so much, and I hope to continue learning with a great college program. Not only would I like to be a winner athletically, I want to succeed academically. With a substantial college program, I know I can accomplish that.
