Isabel Holte '25 Recruiting Profile

Spend 5 minutes in my garage and you’ll be able to map out my sporting history for the past 10 years.  You’ll find footballs, basketballs, volleyballs, softballs, hockey sticks, and a complete set of soccer balls that range from Size 2 to Size 5.  Soccer has been the one constant in my athletic journey.  I enjoy other sports but I LOVE soccer.  It’s been a lifestyle for me and one of my earliest memories is walking off the pitch after a game and hearing a stranger tell my dad “you have a lot of soccer in your future”.  That guy was right!  The game has brought me joy, lasting friendships, cross country travel, sometimes heartache (game winners that hit the crossbar are hard to forget), and a way to channel my competitive fire.  I bring years of training, discipline, intensity, and leadership to the pitch.  My field vision, touch, and fundamentals allow me to compete with the best and my passion for the game drives me to give my teammates 100% every time I step on the field.

I want to cap my soccer journey by playing competitive college soccer.  I see playing at the collegiate level as a privilege and reward for many years of hard work and dedication.  I look forward to teaming up with players that share my love for the game and building friendships that will last beyond college.

My drive to compete and achieve in soccer extends off the field to academics.  I want to be a doctor and recognize the commitment needed to become one.  I’m looking for a school that offers a strong pre-med program that will prepare me for my post-soccer path into medicine.
