Jaylee Adams '26 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I can remember, soccer has always been a part of me. Whether that is my father coaching us, my siblings and I playing, or my mom going crazy for Liverpool this was my life. Seeing my family's sacrifices and the hard work and dedication I've put in, I have realized that soccer is more than a game. Soccer can be the vehicle that propels me to achieve my future goals. I'm looking for the right institution to continue my education and soccer career while reaching my ultimate goal of becoming the best player I can be and a physical therapist.

At the end of my freshman year, I sustained an injury during the high school playoffs. This injury took me significant time to recover from and I missed most of my club's spring season. During this time I was able to reflect and reevaluate what I wanted out of soccer. I realized that I loved my teammates and the game so much. I told myself that I was going to dedicate everything to using soccer to achieve my academic and athletic success at the highest levels. Overcoming these hardships and the lessons I have learned separates me from so many others.

I want to utilize my passion and love for soccer to obtain these goals. Soccer has given me so much through the relationships I've built on and off the field, real-world life lessons, and allowing me to grow. I will put in the time and effort to help my team and teammates achieve our goals and theirs. I do not doubt that I will put in the work, listen to my coaches, and become a better person on and off the soccer pitch. These qualities will make me a valuable component of a collegiate soccer team.

Soccer is such a beautiful game that has taken me all over the country and allowed me to meet so many amazing people. I want to take the opportunities that soccer has given me and utilize them to obtain any academic and athletic moments that come my way in the future. I look forward to my future and the prospects of playing in the right collegiate situation.
