My name is Kali Christenson, I started playing soccer at the age of 5 and I was hooked immediately. Soccer has always been very fun for me and I loved practicing and kicking the ball with my brother in our yard. Even though I was young I had a lot of passion for the game. I enjoyed seeing my friends and being part of a team. As I got older and began playing club soccer the energy I had both on and off the field only grew.
Being in club soccer I knew this was a commitment I was ready for and was motivated to be the best I could. I have learned a lot about the game and myself through the years and sometimes while I hated to lose I helped my team remain positive and focused. As I continue my soccer journey I know it only requires more and I am willing to do whatever I need to do in order to be the best teammate I can be.
I am excited for what my next chapter is and want to bring the leadership qualities to the field and the classroom in order to achieve my goals.
