Maddie Young 2019...Personal Statement
Soccer has been a huge focus of my life since I was in the 2nd grade. It has not only taught me about the love of the sport, but has taught me so many life lessons. It has taught me important skills I can use moving forward in life. I am able to work well with different personalities, know how to be a team player, how to compromise, and how to lead successfully. I work extremely hard and push myself to do better. I am competitive, but am most competitive with myself to be the best person, student, and athlete I can be.
In college, I will continue to push myself to succeed as an athlete and student, and to be the best teammate possible.
