Hello and welcome to those reading this! My name is Aubrey McClay, a ‘26 goalkeeper from PA. In hindsight, my goals are pretty simple, I want to be the absolute best that I can be, and less than that isn’t what I’m interested in. For soccer specifically, I decided in the beginning of my freshman season that I wanted to be the best goalkeeper in the area. Anyone that can help me get there has my full effort, undivided attention, and my open mind. The end goal isn’t the only motivation, it's also pride I get from that progress that keeps the bar high. The confidence that comes from that is unmatched. Academically, I like to see my progress and I want a career that I’m passionate about. My dream career right now is environmental engineering because it’s a topic I’m passionate about. Ideally, I’d like to have made a difference in the world by the end of my career and I will as long as I can help it. I’m willing to work to get where I want, however hard it is and however long it takes. In any case, college is a huge step in whatever direction I want to go, and it’s not one I’m going to waste.
