Gianna Revetta '26 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since the age of six.  I fell in love with the sport and I have been solely focused on the game ever since.  My dream is to play college soccer at the highest level possible.  I've spent much time training in order to meet this goal because I understand the dedication, effort determination that is needed to succeed.  

I am an offensive player.  My ball handling/foot skills are my strength.  I see the field well and have great passing skills.  My speed is also a strength.  I have been playing the center mid-field position for my BVB IA Pittsburgh International Academy cup team, which gives me a chance to be a leader on the field and encourage and motivate my teammates.  I have been selected two years in a row to be a part of BVBs National Pool Team and will travel to Dortmund, Germany to train at BVB Football Academy this March.  I have been a major contributor on all teams.  I am a sophomore in high school this school year, as I am a 2026 senior. I helped my team win the section and advance to the playoffs as a WPIAL Class 3A Section 3 1st Team All Section player and was among the WPIAL scoring leaders.  I am a versatile player and can play various positions.  I exert maximum effort on the field and in all aspects of life.

In the classroom, I have worked very hard and have maintained a 4.0 the last three school years.  I am actively involved in my school community.  In the future, I plan to attend a college when I can be challenged both academically and on the soccer field.  I am open to ALL college options and am looking for the best fit for my abilities.  My ultimate goal is to succeed both on and off the field and to be a positive role model for other female athletes.
