Personal Statement
I have been playing soccer for five years and it instantly became a passion of mine. My goal is to find a University that challenges me on the soccer field and offers a top engineering degree. I will continue being a leader on and off the field through my determination to be the best player, student, and follower of Christ that I can be.
My key strengths are speed, a great first touch, and the ability to distribute the ball effectively from the edges. I started my journey into soccer later than most of the girls I play with which has given me the drive to work, train, and play harder. With that said, my greatest asset is my ability to learn from my coaches. I believe that each of the coaches I have had, currently have, and will have, provide opportunities for me to grow.
I'm a team player who motivates and challenges myself and my teammates to become better players at all times. Off the field, I am a hard working student who has maintained a 4.1 GPA, takes all honors or AP courses, and I am an active member of NHS. I am also involved in my church community through volunteer opportunities with the children's church ministry.
I currently play for the Riverhounds Development Academy '01/'02 ECNL and the North Allegheny School District girls soccer program.
