Haleigh Walker '19 Recruiting Profile

For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to play at the collegiate level of soccer. From being a ball girl on the sidelines to my first I.D. camp, I just knew that this was the level that I wanted to compete at. Being the freshman that was benched simply because of my age was something that I did not take lightly. It made me hungry for more. With that, I earned a starting spot on the varsity team in goal my sophomore year, and won the District 9AAA goalkeeper mvp my junior year. Competing for a spot while showing others the power of leadership is what I strive for at every practice, game, and even at kick-a-rounds with my high school and travel team.

Inside of the classroom, my academics are very important to me. Over the past 3 years, I have maintained a 4.121 weighted GPA and have scored a 24 on the Pre-ACT as a sophomore.

I am willing to work just as hard in the classroom and on the field anywhere I go as I am open to any options that come my way. At the end of the day, I just want to make my family, friends, and coaching staff proud, and I know that I will be the right choice for any college because I am willing to work just as hard from the first minute to the last.
