I have been a competitive person my whole life, no matter what the task is I set out to not only compete but win. I have played club for 7 years and our team has always been successful, however my high school team is not as successful but throughout the process of playing on varsity since my freshman year I have gained leadership skills that would be unimaginable had I not been put on this team. I skipped over the intimidated freshman stage and immediately stepped up my role as a varsity captain and starter in one of the toughest districts in the state and I am nothing but thankful for that because it has made me a better leader. I have also learned to adapt to situations and positions very quickly, I have played every position on the field including goalie not only on my high school team but also my club team I am capable of handling any job at any positon wherever I am needed in that game or in that moment. I am not a primarily defense or offensive player, I am primarily whatever kind of player I need to be in order to get my job done. I am an aggressive player and I am fearless, I have learned that in this game you cannot be intimidated by your opponent because if you play your hardest and leave it all out on the field anything is possible.
I am planning to study Psychology no matter what college I attend and I hope to become a clinical psychologist and hopefully open my own practice someday. I am very passionate about psychology because my whole goal in life is to help as many people and change as many lives as I can and I think that by becoming a psychologist is how I am going to be able to do that.
