Emma Cahill '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi! 

My name is Emma Cahill and I have been playing soccer for about 13 years now total, and 10 years at a competitive/academy level. Growing up as the youngest child of a big family I was constantly watching my older siblings play at a collegiate level and have aspired to be just like them.  I am junior and looking for a college with good academics, fun atmosphere and great soccer!

I currently play for Houston Dash 04/05 GA2 for club traveling around Texas and some other states, while playing varsity for The Woodlands High School.  On and off the field, I am constantly looking at ways to better myself as a person, student, and player. On the field,  I consider myself to be a composed, smart, and tenacious player while also helping my teammates be successful too.  Off the field, I push myself academically in the classes I take,  while also making time to hang out and enjoy friends and family.

I am looking for a college and team with a positive environment, that focuses on both soccer and academics that will overall push me to be  successful.
