Shakira Solorio Nolasco '24 Recruiting Profile

 I am a motivated player that trains every day to better improve my skills. Ever since I was young I've always sought to accomplish my goals. Although faced with many challenges I continues to fight to accomplish my goals. My mentality has always been to push through the hard times and always try to improve yourself. I am focused on getting to the next level as that is my main goal to play college ball. I have made varsity in all the years that I have  played soccer at the high school. I have been playing for premier 1 and higher teams during my time in La Roca and Avalanche. In my previous team my teammates and I made it to the quarterfinals during the State cup. Throughout the many years I've been in school I have been taking and will continue to take honors and Advance Placement classes. I continue to strive in school no matter the conditions. I acknowledge the Student in Student-Athletes and continues to maintain my GPA of 3.9. I've received various academic awards throughout my middle and high school years, and I have taken advanced math classes for many years so I have advanced a year in math.
