- My name is Devon Peck. I am a goalkeeper from Chesterfield, Virginia and will graduate in 2014. I currently play for BRYC95ELITE. I have had 8 years of club experience and was team captain for 5 of those years.My club team won the Virginia State Cup in the fall of 2012 and were the champions of the USYSA National League GU17 Red division this year. I played for the VYSA 95 ODP team for three years; and my team was a finalist in the Region 1 Tournament in 2012. I have been on the Cosby High School varsity team since freshman year; and my team won the State Championship in the spring of 2012. As a goalie I would describe myself as intense, vocal and tough. I feel one of my greatest strengths is leading and organizing my defense. What makes me want to play in college is the thrill of each game and the camaraderie of my teammates.
I consider myself a highly motivated student. I was accepted into the Cosby High School Health Science Specialty Center. I have a cumulative GPA of 4.3. At this point I am considering a major in Biology, Chemistry or some other Life Science field. My greatest priority is to find a school that is highly challenging and rewarding and to represent that school on the field.
