Sophia Odhomi '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Sophia Odhomi. I am currently a high school junior set to graduate in 2025. I'm passionate about playing college soccer at the highest level possible. I have been playing since I was eight years old and have been working hard to reach my goal ever since. I have played on several different teams and have made some elite teams during and off-season. During the summers I train in Germany with different teams and private coaches. On the academic front, I'm leaning towards a future in robotics or mechanical engineering. I've maintained good grades and stayed active in clubs and sports at my school. I had a setback in March of 2023 when I tore my ACL but I'm now in my fifth month of recovery and am well on my way to get back to playing in February. I've been working hard and now am able to run, jump, and do specialized soccer movements in rehab. I look forward to the new and exciting journey ahead and am committed to achieving my goals.
