Josephine Fields '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Josie Fields, I am a Junior at East High School in Denver, Colorado. I currently swim on the Denver East High school varsity team and the Denver Tritons Swim team.  I consider myself a hard worker and dedicate myself to 7-8 practices a week, in which I focus on technique, IM work,  Sprint free, and distance free. Over the years I have played many sports but when I began club swimming at around age 6, I fell in love with the water.  Not only do I focus on swimming but also on academics, this year I am taking all honors and AP classes, and I plan to continue that path through my Senior year. Outside of Swimming and School, I am very involved in the community. I participate in an annual event that gives food to homeless shelters, I volunteer at a hospital. Finally, I teach swim lessons at my local pool.
