Personal Statement
I believe in dedication and hard work. I am well rounded by not only focusing on swimming, but by being very active in school and extracuricular activities as well. I have learned to balance my school work and club activities while still challenging myself in swimming. I also volunteer at a non-profit swim organization run by our local P.A.L. every summer where I teach children of all ages in my community how to swim. I strive for perfection in everything I do. This is displayed by my dedication to swimming while still being in the top one percent of the largest high school in my state. I am very involved in my school and participate in many clubs, one of which is the Robotics Team where hard work is sending my team to World Championships. All of this while still being a contributing member of my swim club and working my hardest every day to improve my technique and times!
