I am Danielle Goudie, a Junior at Boone High School in Iowa. I fell in love with swimming love before I started competing. When I moved to Iowa my fourth-grade teacher introduced me to swimming as a sport. I swam during the summer with club swim but never competed till the seventh grade, in 2020. Since then I have competed in one club swim and five years of competition swim. I have worked hard in my athletic life and also in my academics. I have maintained a high GPA since middle school. My dream is to swim in college and have a student-athlete career. am hard-working and over-achieving and love to put that into everything I do. I have worked hard to get where I am today; even though I got a late start on this sport, I am going to work every day to continue to improve.
