Caroline Blatchford '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Caroline Blatchford, and I am a competitive swimmer. I have been swimming my whole life, but I really started to compete when I was 8 years old. I am from Beverly, Massachusetts and I swim for the Boston YMCA Bluefins in Reading Mass. When I first started High School, I was told that I had to choose another sport besides swimming. I chose cross country. Even though I shined on the cross-country course, my real love and talent still remains in the swimming pool.

I would make a good candidate for college swimming because I am always trying to improve, and I love the sport. Whether it's waking up early for practices, long and tiring sets, or double practices I will always put in my best effort no matter what's going on in my life. My coaches say I am a very coachable athlete, I bring a lot to a team, and I am very dedicated.
