Personal Statement
I've been into athletics since I was young, and swimming since I was eight. My high school unfortunately doesn't have a women's swim team, and since swimming is my favorite sport, I joined and compete on the men's team. I have to put in double the effort in to be able to keep up with my teammates, but its worth it to be able to compete, even if I'm not winning awards.
