My name is Cassie Adams and I have been swimming on a year-round swim team since I was 8 years old. I always work hard at practice and try to do my best in everything I do. I am very responsible and hard working. I have set many goals for my senior year and know exactly what I have to do to achieve those goals. I am determined to work very hard this season in order to reach those goals that I have set for myself.
