Personal Statement
I have been a water bug since I was just a couple months old, but i didn't start competition swimming until I was 8 years old. Since then, I have qualified for short course nationals for three years, and I have also advanced to state level competition each of my high school years. My goal is to bring my love for swimming to the college level. Swimming at the college level will let me reach my full potential as a swimmer. Having fun, upbeat teammates, and a caring coach will help me reach this goal. I am looking for a college with an enthusiastic atmosphere and diversity that will expand my small town experiences. I would love to be a part of a college swim team while persuing a degree in nursing.
