Alana Moore '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Alana and about a few years ago I noticed a change in my love for swimming. Previously, I just enjoyed being in the water and competing with my team. One day, there was a shift in my brain and my passion for swim skyrocketed. When I am in the water, I am the best version of myself and being surrounded by my teammates makes me a better person and swimmer. Our team rule is to honor each other with our effort and I truly believe I execute this rule constantly. Whether it's everyday at practice or in one of our toughest meets of the season, I keep spirits high and push myself to be the best I can. I pride myself in my academic ability as well as my athletics. My determination to succeed and self-discipline keep me structured and motivated to achieve my goals. I am looking forward to continuing my academic and athletic career throughout the next stages of my life.
