My name is Jessica Platt I am a Junior at Marana High school. I've ran track in middle school and the past two years in high school. My main events are Pole vault and the 400m sprint. Near the end of my Freshman year I ran varsity heats with juniors and seniors, I also ran at invitationals. I ended my freshman year with a time of 67.2 in the 400m and vaulted 5'0". Sophomore year I ran and vaulted varsity heats all season and went to all the invitationals. By the end of my sophomore year my 400m sprint time was 64.09 and vaulted 8'1". I am currently in a pole vault club outside of school. Last year i was a foot away from qualifying for state. I hope to go to a D-1 or D-II college.
I hope to get a good education and graduate from college with a degree. At the moment I am undecided in what I want to study.
