Caitlin Cilley '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Caitlin Cilley. I am entering my junior year at Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, CA.  We are a competitive Division II program in Northern California. I love running XC and focus on the 3200 and 1600 in Track. I have earned a place on the Variety XC and T&F team since the start of my freshman year.  We finished the 2022 and 2023 XC seasons 3rd in the state for DII.

My goal is to earn a place on a collegiate team where I can continue my running career and pursue my educational goals. I love, love, love competing at the highest level with my teammates.  I am looking to join a program with "like minded" women who are willing to sacrifice for each other.  As a leader and captain on my current team, it is my responsibility to create the right atmosphere and team chemistry to support lifting everyone up to their best self.  We focus on the right attitude, effort, and process for the building blocks to our team goals. I am inspired by the work and grit required by every teammate to fulfill those commitments.
