Personal Statement
I am extremely passionate about pole vaulting. Even though currently my personal record says 8 feet, I have been working very hard with coaches over the summer and have now decided to practice year round, In order to get 12 feet senior year. In practice I have jumped around 10 feet and have been progressing and working on technique and form. I train and workout almost every day and I am very serious about my athletics and my academics. This upcoming indoor season once I have had my first track meet, I am confident that I will be able to update and beat my record.
