My name is Nyela Sims and I'm going into my senior year i have done Track for going on 6 years since middle school. I have made it to Regionals in middle school and made it as a county qualifier my seventh grade year, my junior year of high school i have also made it to Regionals for my 4X4MR and PR being 2nd leg. In the year of 2021 i became captain of my Howard W. Blake High School Track team and loved it. I am a great candidate to be on a college Track team because yes i have the experience but have the drive to keep going as will. Also having a competitive soul is what makes me different, With grades being a student comes first is what also drives me as a athlete. Track has saved my life.
