Personal Statement
2014- Committed to University of Tennessess in Knoxville, TN. Go Vols!!! 2013- DeAndra (Sophmore) came in 4th @ 2013 Jr. Olympics for the 100m & she broke and set record in 55m (7.24) at the 2013 USATF Youth Indoor Track & Field Championship,Baltimore, MD. and DeAndra also won 2013 USATF State Track Meet in the 100m & 200m here in Georgia. And she also came in 2nd in the 100m & 200m at USATF Youth Nationals. DeAndra also got 4th at the 2013 USATF Jr. Olympics, North Carolina in the 100m. DeAndra's personal records for this year 2013 Indoor & Outdoor: 55m (7.23), 60m (7.60), 100m (11.7), 200m (24.07) & 400m 58.9. And 2012 MVP Sprinter (Freshman) at Woodland High School, Stockbridge, GA. Went to State Championship and ran 100m (11.9) & 200m (24.7). DeAndra broke and set her High School's record in the 100m & 200m. 2010 & 2011 was MVP Track Athlete of the year (7th & 8th grade year). DeAndra broke and set records at her middle school also. (WMS). 2009- 1st in the 100m in the United States & 2nd in the 200m in the U.S. I was also 2009 AAU All American.I broke and set the records in 100m & 200m at Woodland High School as a Freshman. I want to try out for the USA Youth Team and I plan on going to a great college for Track and I want to run in the Olympics 2016.
