Audrey Heil '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I‘m Audrey and I‘m from Metamora, Illinois. I truly love to run, and that is one reason out of many for why I am a great candidate for collegiate running teams. I have been All-Conference for Cross Country and Track both years of high school, and am one of the fastest runners at my school on the varsity teams. Unlike some, I enjoy cross country and track practices even though I am being pushed hard, and would feel the same about running practices in college.

I am privileged to get to be the girls Cross Country captain in my fall season of  2022, and so people think of me as a great leader.  My leadership capabilities  would continue on as a college runner, and I would always be there for my team as I am now.

Academically speaking, I am on the honor role, and work just as intensely in  the classroom as I do on the track. My collegiate goal is to be on a team that enjoys running just as much as I do, and want to work hard to earn our school a national title!
