I would like to be a college athlete because I love competing, I love the feeling of knowing you trained hard in practice and all your hard work and extra hours spent in the gym have paid off when you cross the finish line knowing you gave it your all and then you get your time and one of the best feelings in the world is when you drop time or get a new PR! It makes all the pain and hard practices worth it and it makes me want to train even harder and continue to get better. I believe that I am different from other athletes because I have tried many sports, and know what it takes to be a good athlete in all aspects, psychically, mentally, and academically. I also believe that I know how to achieve a goal and when I set my mind to something I know I can and will achieve it!
