I have been running since I was 13 years old and have been working to have the ability to be a collegiate athlete since. Participating in a college sport is an opportunity very few people have, and it is my goal to make it an opportunity for myself.
I am very quick out of the blocks and I am a great competitor. I am very coachable and listen to criticism. I strive to be the best athlete by working hard and never giving up. I am looked at as a leader on and off the track.
In the classroom I maintain a high GPA, and attend 5 college classes at Butler Community College along with my 4 classes through the high school. With doing so I plan to graduate with my Associates degree in health science before I graduate high school.
I want to attend a college where I can continue my college education while challenging myself out on the track. I am going into the recruiting process open mind, looking for the college that fits best for me. I hope to achieve my goals and make my family proud.
