Personal Statement
Hello future coach, I’m Emma- class of 2022! I'm looking to find my college match. The thing that sets me a part is my athletic versality- Early in my running I focused on distance and mid distance but have now been training on sprints. Most of my focus this winter has been on the 400M with a goal to beat the school record for the event in the spring so my individual times better match with my splits. If I had to pick a favorite event it would be that. Due to COVID and lack of indoor outdoor racing opportunities, I've taken this time to work with a private coach several times a week to be ready to achieve my goals on the track spring 2021. Academically I'm ranked in the top 20 of my graduating class and am looking for a college/university to match both my academic and athletic drive.
