Personal Statement

Track has shown me that I am good at something that some people hate doing, and that makes me more confident in this sport. I look forward to running competitively in college.  While trying my best to keep my grades up so that I can continue running, I plan to get a degree in criminology, as it is something that I have been interested in for a while. When I’m not running track, I like to have fun with my friends, family, and pets.  I also enjoy playing in my school’s band and on its bowling team.
